Our Year 6 pupils delivered an outstanding performance in their Crimson Express production a show they proudly co wrote alongside Mr Coulcher. The children poured creativity humour and imagination into every part of the script shaping a story that was entirely their own. Their ability to craft characters build suspense and weave humour into the narrative showed just how much they have grown as confident expressive and thoughtful learners.

From the earliest rehearsals to the final performance Year 6 demonstrated maturity dedication and a genuine passion for performing. They worked together with focus and determination supporting one another learning lines refining scenes and ensuring every moment on stage was polished. Their teamwork was evident throughout and it was inspiring to see how they encouraged each other and celebrated every success along the way.

Families and staff were thoroughly impressed by the quality of the show and the professionalism the pupils displayed. The production was filled with energy laughter and heartfelt moments that reflected the strong bonds within the cohort. The audience responded with pride and admiration as pupils delivered a performance that was both entertaining and deeply meaningful.

Crimson Express was a fantastic celebration of their final year at Park Academy and a wonderful reminder of how talented thoughtful and collaborative they are as a cohort. Their creativity and commitment shone brightly and they leave us with memories that will be cherished for years to come. Year 6 have set a brilliant example for younger pupils and their final production was a fitting tribute to their journey through primary school.
