A huge thank you to all the parents and carers who joined us for our recent Inclusion Coffee and Cake Morning. It was a wonderful opportunity to come together, share experiences and continue strengthening the important partnership between home and school.

We were also delighted to welcome our School Nurse and Education Wellbeing Practitioner, whose presence provided families with valuable information, guidance and support in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Their expertise helped families gain a greater understanding of the services available to support children’s health, wellbeing and development.

During the morning, we shared how our evidence-informed approaches to inclusion help us identify individual needs, reduce barriers to learning and ensure the right support is in place for every child. Through careful assessment, responsive provision and ongoing professional development for staff, we continually strive to create an environment where all pupils feel supported, valued and empowered to succeed.

At Park Academy, inclusion is at the heart of everything we do. We believe that every child deserves the opportunity to thrive both academically and personally, and our commitment to understanding and meeting individual needs helps ensure that every pupil can access a rich, meaningful and successful school experience.

The event also provided an opportunity for parents and carers to connect with one another, ask questions and discuss shared experiences. These conversations are invaluable in helping us build a strong and supportive school community where families feel listened to and involved.
