Leadership Team

Mr Quinnell grew up in South London before studying Aerospace Technology at Coventry University. He later followed his passion for education by completing his Postgraduate Certificate in Education through Kingston University in partnership with South Bank University.

Since joining the STEP Academy Trust in 2020, Mr Quinnell has been committed to providing high-quality education where every child feels valued, challenged and inspired to achieve their best. He has completed the National Professional Qualifications (NPQs) in Early Years Leadership and Teacher Development, reflecting his commitment to developing both his own practice and the learning experiences of those around him.

Outside of school, Mr Quinnell is passionate about giving back to the community. He regularly takes part in charity runs across London, raising funds for a variety of causes, including Cancer Research, and is preparing to run the 2027 London Marathon. He believes in leading by example and encouraging others to make a positive difference, both inside and outside the classroom.
